- Payments should be settled via online Paypal or Credit card; Bank Deposit at least 3 banking days prior to check-in.
- Check-in time is 2pm. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee equal to 10% of your room rate will charged for checking-in between 12:00NN and 1:00PM , and an additional fee equal to the full room rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 12:00 NN. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 20% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 4:00 p.m., 50% for extensions until 6:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00 p.m.
- Stay extensions and extra beds are subject to availability.
- All bookings are non-refundable. Only rebooking is allowed.
